Cheerleading - Cheerleading tryouts will be held on Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday September 23 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the West Gym. You must have a physical prior to tryouts. Physicals are given at no charge in the Health Services Office on Thursday afternoons. Call the Health Services Office at (607) 778-5181 to schedule an appointment. If you prefer to have a physical from your health care provider, there is a form that must be completed by your health care provider and returned to the BCC Health Services Office located in the Science Building, Room 102 prior to tryouts. You may obtain the form in the Athletics Office or call (607) 778-5003 to have a form mailed to you. No student-athlete will be allowed to tryout without a physical that has been reviewed by the BCC Health Services Office. Women's Basketball - There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in playing Women's Varsity Basketball for the 2009-2010 season on Monday, September 21 at 5 p.m. in the lobby of the Baldwin Gym. If you are interested in playing but cannot attend the meeting or need more information, contact Coach Mike Huggler at 778-5003.
Golf - If you are interested in playing Varsity Golf for BCC, there will be a meeting on Thursday, September 24 at 4 p.m. in the Events Room of the BCC Ice Center. If you cannot attend the meeting or need further information, contact Coach Collins at 778-5571 or stop by the Athletics Office, Student Center West.
Physicals for any student-athlete participating in a sport for the fall 2009 season will be held on Thursday afternoons beginning on July 30. Physicals are mandatory to participate in a sport and by appointment only. Contact BCC's Health Services at 778-5181 to schedule an appointment. There is no charge for the physical. If you prefer to have the physical by your own health care provider, there is a form that must be completed by your health care provider and returned to the BCC Health Services Office. To obtain the form, stop in the Athletics Office, Student Center West between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or call the Athletics Office at 778-5003 to have one mailed to you.
