9/12/09  The Hornet's participated in SUNY Cobleskill's Stephen A. Warde Invitational and both the men's team and the women's team placed sixth.  Steve Esposito placed 13th with a 29:01 for the men's team and Rachel Fox was 24th at 21:04 for the Lady Hornets.

9/5/09  Broome's men's cross-counry team placed fifth overall in the St. Rose Golden Knight's Joust, led by Steve Esposito's 28:11 fourth place finish in the 5K men's race.  BCC's Jeff Smith ran a 29:01 for a 12th place finish.  The women's team finished sixth in their 3 mile race with Michelle Van Ostrand placing seventh with a time of 20:46.
