The Broome Community College women's basketball program has grown to be one of the most competitive teams in Region III--producing two NJCAA All-Americans, two Region III MVP's, two Conference MVP's and many other players named to All-Region and All-Conference teams.

The Lady Hornets are members of the highly competitive NJCAA Region III and Mid-State Athletic Conferences and have qualified for post-season play six of the last seven years while averaging 19 wins per season and winning the MSAC regular season championship in 2005 and 2008. The women's basketball team works hard both in the classroom and on the court.
