Helpdesk

HelpDesk services are provided to aid students with questions or problems related to campus technology use. The HelpDesk staff is comprised of fellow students who offer on demand help, training and how-to sessions. Visit the HelpDesk web page for available hours and other great tips.

**Note** There is a new way to securely FTP from off campus. Please see our tutorial section for further details or look at Application Portal Server, (APPS) on our online printable guide.

Helpful guides and booklets are available in the HelpDesk office on many computer applications.
